HOW BOOKING TICKETS AND GUIDED TOURS WORKS
Booking is done online in a few steps and confirmed instantly. Choose your activity (self-guided ticket or guided tour), select a date and time, indicate how many people are in your group and complete payment.
Once finished, you'll receive confirmation with your voucher and the details for the day of your visit, including the meeting point for guided tours. If a date shows no availability, it means there are no spaces left for that option at that time.

STEP BY STEP TO BOOK YOUR VISIT TO THE ALCAZABA
Go to the activity you're interested in and check what it includes, its duration and conditions. Choose between the guided tour of the Alcazaba and Roman Theatre, the free tour of the Alcazaba and Roman Theatre (free) or the full Malaga tour with tickets included.
The calendar shows real-time availability. If a date shows no spaces, there's no capacity for that option at that time. In high season or on weekends, it's best to book in advance.
Select the number of participants and you'll see the total calculated based on the activity's rate. If children are joining, include them for capacity control even if their rate is free.
Before paying, check: the meeting point if there's a guide, what the activity includes, and the change and cancellation policy for the option you've chosen.
You only need an email address to receive your voucher and a contact phone number. Payment can be made by card, Bizum or PayPal, depending on the option available.
Once finished, you'll receive your voucher with the booking details. For a guided tour, you'll also get the meeting point and instructions for joining the group on the day of your visit.

PAYMENT METHODS AND CONFIRMATION
Payment is made online during booking. You can use card, Bizum or PayPal, depending on the option available. Once completed, your purchase is confirmed and you'll receive your voucher with all the information for the day of your visit.
The voucher can be shown on your phone. There's no need to print it.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES DEPENDING ON THE OPTION
Guided tour, free tour and full Malaga tour: you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. No refund is issued outside that window. You can also change the date or time if spaces are available on another departure.
General admission and combined ticket for the Alcazaba + Gibralfaro: once purchased, no changes or refunds are accepted, unless the visit cannot take place for reasons attributable to Malaga City Council.
